First I would like to tell you that the mandolin is not made with rosewood.

マンドリンはローズウッドなんかで作れないよ（笑）。

（これは岡本が最初のメールにmade by ROSEWOODとメールに書いてしまったからだろうか）

The mandolin use rosewood in the fingerboard, bridge, end pin and peghead but is not Brazilian rosewood.

あのマンドリンは指板とブリッジとエンドピンとヘッドにローズウッドを使ってるけど、
でも、ブラジリアンじゃねえし。

Second I understand your point of price in Japan but you must consider many facts.

でさあ。

日本で買ったら高いとか言うけどさ、お前単純すぎるよ。

You have the custom duties, you have the transport and many other costs already included on the price when you buy in Japan.

関税とか輸送費とかどうすんだよ。他にもいろいろ金かかるぜ？

でも、日本で買えばそういうのは値段に含まれてるからさ。

You should also consider the fact of warranty.

あとこれ大事。保証ね。

If you order from USA and eventually your mandolins presents any kind of defect, you will not have warranty.

アメリカで注文して、万が一傷とか付いたって、俺たちゃ知らねえぜ。

If you order in Japan YES.

でも、日本で買えば、大・丈・夫！！


You can buy the mandolin in USA in many different stores (you should make a research in Google and for sure you will find).

そりゃアメリカでもたくさんの店で売ってるさ（そんなもんググれば出る）

E-Bay normally sell used ones.

イーベイはだいたい中古品だ。

I strongly suggest that you contact our distributor in Japan (directions below) before you take your decision, so eventually he can tell you the best store in Japan where you can buy your KM-700.
